La French Tech is mobilizing for the integration of young talents into the tech ecosystem and is launching a job board dedicated to employment in startups, in partnership with Jobteaser (French Tech Next40).

OVERVIEW
The French Tech ecosystem plays an essential role in the economic activity of France, all over the territory. Despite the context, in 2020 startups showed their dynamism and resilience. They are now a driving force for job creation: French Tech Next40 / 120 companies reflect this dynamism with 10,000 recruitment projects in 2021.
These jobs are all opportunities for young talents looking for professional opportunities. Especially since 62% of young Europeans declare they want to work in a start-up rather than in a traditional company and/or in the administration!

TALENTS
In order to support them, French Tech is launching a job board, in partnership with Jobteaser, aimed at promoting their professional integration and facilitating their recruitment into a start-up.
To better inform young people about these professions and guide them to currently available offers, this space lists job, work-study and internship offers; but also video capsule testimonials from 16 talents from French Tech Next40/120 start-ups who recount their career paths and the daily lives of professions that are still sometimes little known: Business Developer, Product Manager, Data Analyst, Account Manager, Growth Hacker, etc. .
A key player in the professional integration of young people, Jobteaser has 1 million registered young talents, 320 partner establishments in France and nearly 320,000 jobs published in 2020.

In this space, many growing companies, which innovate on a daily basis to build the world of tomorrow, offer their job offers for young talents. Indeed, despite the crisis, startups ARE resisting and continuing their rapid development. These offers are updated very regularly.
