2023-2024
The French Tech Community Fund is a call for projects which aims to support initiatives led by players in the French Tech ecosystem.
For the 2023-2024 edition, 85 projects have been selected and will punctuate the local tech ecosystem through their projects!

PANORAMA
The French Tech Community Fund 2023-2024 is a call for projects which aims to support initiatives led by players in the French Tech ecosystem: French Tech Capitals and French Tech Communities in France and abroad labeled by the Status for the period January 2023 – December 2025.
For this 5th edition, the French Tech Community Fund will be divided into 3 sections:
- a national section allowing support for French Tech Community projects in France;
- an international section allowing support for projects of international French Tech communities;
- a special “La French Tech’s 10th anniversary Week” section dedicated to the 10th anniversary of French Tech and bringing together the entire ecosystem in France and abroad.

Laureates
In all, 85 applications from the French Tech network were selected:
- 57 files for the international component
- 28 for the national component
The files can address several themes:
- 32 projects relate to “sovereignty and linking start-ups and large groups”
- 34 projects focus on “enhancing the GreenTech ecosystem and ecological transition”
- 27 projects focus on “parity and diversity”
- 62 projects relate to “attractiveness and international expansion”
- 8 projects relate to the “key sector of the national territory”
- 33 projects for the “La French Tech’s 10th anniversary week”
The projects selected will fully participate in the dynamism and attractiveness of the tech ecosystem, in particular by responding to the priorities defined by the French Tech Mission such as parity and diversity, the attractiveness of talents or the ecological transition.

Labeling
For the 2023-2024 edition, a special section “La French Tech’s 10th anniversary week” has been created especially to support the actions and events organized on this occasion by the French Tech Capitals and Communities.
The 33 projects designated as laureates will contribute to the influence of French Tech throughout France and internationally by introducing the ecosystem to new audiences, especially the younger generation.
The objective is to make them aware of the challenges of French Tech, but also to make the ecosystem even more diverse, inclusive and equal in the coming years. It is also an opportunity to discuss the essential issues and actions taken by French Tech in terms of ecological transition, digital sovereignty, disruptive technologies and reindustrialisation.
The labeling is also open to associations, foundations, companies, training establishments and public organizations to carry out initiatives, to exchange and to meet as part of the 10th anniversary of French Tech.

Specific objectives for the special Community Fund “La French Tech’s 10th anniversary Week”
- Highlight the successes of the French Tech ecosystem over the past 10 years;
- Support France’s ambition for the next 10 years;
- Introduce French Tech to new audiences;
- Increase the visibility of French Tech.

Launched in 2019 by the French Tech Mission, the Community Fund 2023-2024 is financed by the State to the tune of 1.5 million euros.
By financially supporting initiatives carried out by actors in the field within the ecosystem, as close as possible to entrepreneurs and their needs, the French Tech Community Fund thus contributes fully to the development of French start-ups, everywhere in France and internationally.
To be selected, proposed projects must:
- fall within the framework of the previously stated strategic objectives of the French Tech Mission;
- have a strong impact for the entire ecosystem, and for French start-ups;
- be carried out over a maximum period of one year for the classic sections – national and international – (from September 1, 2023 to August 31, 2024) and one week for the special “La French Tech’s 10th anniversary Week” section (from 16 to 22 October 2023).
