All its actors have been actively promoting, for at least 5 years, innovation and digitalization. This diverse ecosystem, coupled with a short decision making process at an institutional and private level, due to the small size of its population (271 000 inhabitants), make New Caledonia a great “sandbox” allowing startups to beta-test new products and to carry out their proof of concept quickly and easily at a country level.
